OH MY GOD! Let me start by saying that I am an art teacher and nit-picked everything after my wedding that was at all aesthetic... but NOT THIS! Amanda Hawthorne is SO sweet and easy to work with. I was so lucky to book her very last minute and she totally exceeded my expectations. I love her impressionist style, yet attention to detail! She is so passionate about what she does and making the couple happy. I filled out a survey before the wedding and she made sure to include all of the little details that were important to me. Amanda even drove all the way to Brooklyn to deliver our painting. It is SO perfect and worth a whole year of begging my husband! As a sidenote, something I love most is how honest she is with pricing. Seemed weird at first that you can’t negotiate like you need to do with everything wedding, but all vendors should be this way—fair to ALL brides. Also, she is one of the most affordable out of all the live painters I researched.

AMAZING!! Amanda is not only an amazing human being, she is extremely talented. When I first told my FH I wanted to get a live painter, he thought I was nuts and it would be a waste of money.
